Nancy has been in sales and marketing for over 30 years. She is a third generation native of Colorado. Though she has lived in eight other states (so she has first had knowledge of what it is like to move). She has lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years. She attended Colorado State University and has also taken classes at UCCS and Pikes Peak Community College, has two children, both graduates of CSU. Both her daughter Tina and her Son Dan live in Colorado Springs as well as her two grandchildren Ashton and Quinn.
Nancy loves working with both buyers and sellers and feels the two most important thing she brings to her clients is listening to them for what they need and what their goals are; and educating them on the full process of buying or selling real estate.
Recently Nancy completed the rigoruous course to become a Certified Distressed Property Expert. In the current economic climate with so many familes facing foreclosure of their homes, she wanted to help these families avoid foreclosure which can have a negative impact on their lives for a very long time.
Nancy's foremost focus is on customer service. Over 85% of the Nancy's business comes from repeat and referral business proving her level of customer service is unsurpassed.
